Step outside & enjoy the outdoor seating, gas grill & firepit. The home is close to Glaciers, Hiking, Skiing & much more. You may even catch the Northern Lights during the winter months.

KNIK BUNGALOW

This Bungalow provides comfort and serendipity in its own little way. You won’t forget your visit in this romantic, memorable place. Our bungalows are thoughtfully placed on the hillside where you can enjoy the most captivating views of MatSu valley mountain ranges and may observe the Northern Lights.

CHUGIAK BUNGALOW

Similar to our Knik Bungalow, this suite offers bliss and relaxation in its own little way. Your visit to our Chugiak Bungalow will be memorable and romantic as you spend your days nestled on the hillside soaking up the most captivating views of MatSu valley mountain ranges and may even observe the Northern Lights.

Such wonderful hospitality! June and George were so wonderful to work with. Cute, and Cozy place. The muffins and notes were such a thoughtful surprise. I’d stay again when we visit Alaska again!

Hyer Mountain Vista is owned by

George and June Mahler. The Farmhouse is the family

home that George grew up in.

George's father gifted us this property and we thought what

better way to enjoy it, is to share it with others. 

We really hope you enjoy the thoughtfully

placed bungalows that have been added to the

property in 2021 along side the family farmhouse.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
